Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using any services provided by Cool Breeze Heat Pump Cleaners Inc. ("Cool Breeze," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or receiving our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Cool Breeze provides residential and commercial mini split heat pump cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services in the Saint John, Quispamsis, Rothesay, Hampton, Grand Bay-Westfield, and surrounding New Brunswick areas. The scope of each service is as described on our website or as agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Bookings & Scheduling
Appointments can be made by phone at (506) 333-7186 or by email at info@coolbreezeinc.ca. We will confirm your appointment date and time; confirmation constitutes a binding booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes.
3. Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a booking deposit being required for future appointments.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is as listed on our website or as quoted prior to service. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, e-Transfer, and major credit cards.
Additional charges may apply if a unit is found to require significantly more work than anticipated (e.g., heavy mould or debris buildup). You will be informed of any additional cost before work proceeds.
5. Access & Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to all units to be serviced on the scheduled date. Please ensure that:
- The area around each unit is clear of furniture or obstructions.
- Pets are secured away from the work area.
- An adult (18+) is present during the service.
Failure to provide proper access may result in a service call fee and rescheduling.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cool Breeze will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or defects to your heat pump, dryer vent system, or property.
- Damage caused by inaccessible or improperly installed equipment.
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.
Our maximum liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
7. Warranty
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, where reasonably possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and video — is the property of Cool Breeze Heat Pump Cleaners Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
